Our mind shapes how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world, and when we nurture our mental well-being, we can foster greater self-awareness, inner balance, and capacity for growth.

BODY

By integrating the body, or soma, in therapy, we do so because the body is not separate from the self—it is a living expression of our emotions, experiences, and identity. The body holds memories, tension, and unspoken truths that words alone may not access.

By tuning into bodily sensations and signals, therapy becomes a more authentic and integrated process, allowing clients to reconnect with their felt sense, and deeper self-awareness.
